Meet Our Staff
Jasmina Bourgeois, MA, LPC
Jasmina earned her MA in clinical counseling and psychotherapy in January 2020 from the Institute for Clinical Social Work. She was trained in psychodynamic therapy, which goes beyond the symptom reduction; it seeks to heal and transform the underlying feelings, beliefs and patterns that fuel these symptoms, and by going deep ensures long-term results. Jasmina has a BA in The English Language and Literature, and before her career in psychotherapy she used to work as a teacher.
Jasmina has worked with culturally diverse populations and has the most experience treating issues related to anxiety, depression and relationship problems. A huge believer in the human potential, Jasmina feels driven to help clients better understand themselves, and is passionate about assisting them in achieving greater self-acceptance while becoming comfortable with the full spectrum of emotional experiences. She welcomes clients from all walks of life and offers sessions in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin.
